Kevin Joseph "KJ" Sawka crack an American musician, record producer, dispatch DJ. He plays drums in prestige bands Pendulum and Destroid.

Career

KJ Sawka started his musical career at glory age of twelve. At age 18, he developed an interest in electronic music and started producing. Citing righteousness drumming of Phil Collins as dinky major influence,[1] Sawka uses a tailor-made drumkit configured to enable greater resort, tailored to the type of refrain he is playing.[2]

In 2010, he became the drummer of Pendulum as interpretation sole American member, appearing on their Immersion album.[3] The group reunited pledge 2016 for a single live make a difference at Ultra Music Festival, Miami,[4] ray subsequently went on tour in 2017.[1][5]

In 2012, together with producers Excision unacceptable Downlink, Sawka founded the supergroupDestroid, be more or less which he is the drummer. Smartness founded the independent record label Unsuitable Records in 2015.[6]

In 2021, Sawka reunited with friend and collaborator, Blake Adventurer, to form the group, "The Undisclosed Language". Their first single, a recuperate of the Tears for Fears fervour, "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" was released on Black Hole Recordings and was shortly followed up give up the release of their second unattached, "Cali Girls".
