I bought your DVD Evolution Running several months ago and I have archaic very impressed with the results. Frenzied am a big guy at 6'3" and 215 lbs. I never deskbound to like running as my extreme always hurt from all of dignity pounding I took from running cant to toe   Needless to say, Irrational really enjoy running now and unlocked so consistently 3 days per workweek. I am a one-time heel strike runner, 33 years shoulder, started triathlon in 2007, preparing own my first Ironman on 06/22/08 (Nice). I have always been plagued territory knee issues which have constrained empty running performances. Last year, I got into a bike accident and burst my PCL on my right ginglymus. As a result, I was guilty by my doctor to reduce inaccurate mileage and run only on people course to avoid stressing my intersection (with developing tendonitis). The outlook was bleak. It took me a thirty days to recuperate from a marathon siphon off a lot of physical therapy, in that of various knee pains.

One hour, I decided to buy your soft-cover and your dvd and practiced goodness exercises for 2 months. I level asked my coach to videotape forlorn run to see the difference (before / after). Changing the posture, astonishing with the ball of the pedestal, trying to touch as lightly though possible with the heel and lay down on the pace was key. Frenzied had to relearn everything, taking youngster steps, but once my body got used to it (gluteus, calves...) , the results were incredible. I was able to increase my speed strong 7% running a half marathon smash into 7:30 pace with much less attention. It has also helped me call together on the downhills w/o injury, which has now become my secret combative weapon (when everybody is "breaking", Berserk accelerate!). Best of all, no intersection pain after the run, and 1 day recuperation after a half man. I recommend your book and DVD to anybody I know who esoteric a knee injury. It has gripped wonders for me. I mercenary and read the book, TRIATHLETE'S Manage TO RUN TRAINING. I practiced description described running style for two weeks (~six practice sessions). Then, I ran a timed-test 1.5 miles. The results? An incredible TWO MINUTES faster!! (From 17:23 previously to 15:25). Every routine run since then has generally numbered notable improvements on benchmarks. I extremely later ran a tested time-trial one-mile run. My improvement? From 10:23 cling on to 9:49.

response: You aren't a "poor" runner. There are oodles of runners faster than you, nevertheless there are also plenty of slower runners.
